Making A Purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

This is a secure online shopping service using encryption when processing your Card details and personal information.

All prices on this site Include UK VAT (20%) - Prices do not include Postage / Shipping.

Shipping is charged at cost and is calculated on the total order weight. For Items less than 1Kg we use Royal Mail, otherwise we used Fedex for Mainland UK deliveryies this is based on £6.21 + 22P per Kg. So it is to your advantage to order multiple items in one order.

Our Web site can cater for off shore UK locations such as Northern Ireland, Southern Ireland, Scilly Isles, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man & the off shore Scottish Islands. Please ensure you select the right carriage option for the required destination, For Zero VAT Exemption please enter your VAT number when prompted.

We also Export World Wide - However you will need to contact us for a quotation for the Freight and Payment terms.

When ordering online, Please give as much detail as possible and make sure the details are correct.

Please insure that you quote the Credit Card Holders address, including middle names if on the card, as each Card has to be checked against this address to help prevent fraudulent orders. You may also specify a  second address, for Delivery's (such as a place of work) if required.  If your address is not easy to find - please give additional directions in our "additional comments box" which will help the driver find you.

For all credit cards please insure that you quote the last 3 or 4 digits (security number) on the back - just above the signature on the right of the card. Enter this information when prompted.   Please note the Transaction when processed will show on your bank statment as "J.P.Leisure Ltd" our parent company.

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

Shipping is charged at cost and is calculated on the total order weight. For Mainland UK this is based on £8.21 + 22P per Kg. So it is to your advantage to order multiple items in one order.

Delivery Schedule

DELIVERY. We currently utilise a number of different services for delivering your goods, including Royal Mail postal and parcel services, FeDex and TNT Express.

The online shopping cart  calculates a delivery cost based on the items you have selected. The cost covers the delivery cost, as well as packing and handling costs. Occasionally the online shop's calculated cost is incorrect, if the actual cost is lower than specified, we will not normally contact you, we will simply adjust the order and charge you the lower price. If for any reason the cost is higher we will contact you for confirmation first.

Occasionally we may change the delivery method you have selected if for some reason the method is unavailable (in the case of postal strikes) If the new methods cost is the same or lower than the shop's specified price we would not normally contact you. If the change in method results in an increase in cost we would contact you for confirmation before dispatch of goods.

The delivery times are specified in WORKING DAYS from DISPATCH DATE not placement of order. For Next Working Day delivery we normally require your order to be received by midday. Orders received after midday may not be processed in time for dispatch if we are experiencing high levels of sales.
Telephoning your order will not get it dispatched quicker, all order are put in a queue and processed in order

If you are not in when the courier attempts to deliver your item, they will leave a card with details of how to contact them for re-delivery. Please make sure you contact the courier company within 5 working days, after 5 working days the package will automatically be returned to us. This incurs a handling charge of £15.00, which you will be liable for. If you require your package sending out again we will charge you this £15.00 in addition to a second delivery charge. If at this time you choose to cancel your order, you will be liable for the original delivery cost, and the £15.00 handling charge.

If you would like your item left with a neighbour, or delivered to a work address instead, please inform us by email, by forwarding a copy of your order to us, and including the relevant information.
DELIVERY OUTSIDE THE UK. Our online shop does not currently calculate prices for delivery outside the United Kingdom. We are able to arrange Export shipments to certain countries. If your require further information please email us.

Back Orders

If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Tax Charges

For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 20% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free.

Credit Card Security

When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

Returns Policy

RETURNS. We do not offer a 'TRY before you BUY' service, please satisfy yourself before making a purchase that you have selected the correct item. If you are unsure please call, or email us for advise.

We will accept goods that are unwanted subject to the following:
a) All returns must obtain a returns number by contacting Moor To Sea prior to dispatch of goods.
b) The goods must be returned to us, at your expense NEW and UNUSED within 14 days.
c) A re-stocking fee would apply, and varies depending on the item - In addition to this a 5% charge of the sale price will apply for credit card transactions.
d) On receipt of the goods back with us, we will check them. Providing they have been returned in NEW condition, we will credit you the cost of the item less any re-stocking and handling charges that apply. There is no refund available for the delivery cost to you.

These terms apply to your order. We may change our terms and conditions at any time, so please do not assume that the same terms will apply in the future.

None of these terms affect your legal rights and these are not diminished in any way. If any term is held to be invalid under any applicable statute or rule of law, that term is automatically omitted from the terms to minimum extent necessary to comply with the law and without affecting the validity or enforceability of the remainder.
